OneService Awards
The OneService Awards recognise community partners and individuals who have made a difference to our shared living environment.
About the OneService Awards
MSO refreshed the Municipal Services Awards as the OneService Awards in 2026 to better reflect the OneService culture and strengthen partnerships with the community in improving our living environment.
The OneService Awards feature two categories:
(a) Community
The Community category recognises projects led by community partners, such as civic groups, private organisations, grassroots organisations, residents, or members of the public. It also recognises projects undertaken in partnership with public agencies and Town Councils to address municipal issues and improve the living environment.
(b) Individual
The Individual category recognises individuals who have gone the extra mile to serve residents and the community.
Note: The OneService Awards (Individual) is not open for public nominations.
