ABOUT THE ONESERVICE AWARDS 2026
The Municipal Services Office (MSO) invites nominations from the community for the OneService Awards 2026.
Formerly known as the "Municipal Services Awards", the awards have been renamed to better reflect the OneService culture and encourage partnership with the community in municipal service delivery.
The refreshed OneService Awards feature two categories: (a) Community and (b) Individual (not open to public nominations). More information on the award categories can be found below.
INFORMATION ON THE AWARDS CATEGORIES
a. OneService Awards (Community)
The Community category recognises projects led by community partners (e.g. civic groups, private organisations, grassroots organisations, residents or members of the public) or undertaken in partnership with public agencies and Town Councils to address municipal issues and improve the living environment.
b. OneService Awards (Individual)
The Individual category recognises individuals who have gone the extra mile to serve residents and the community.
(Note: OneService Awards (Individual) is not open to the public.)
OPEN FOR NOMINATIONS NOW!
We are accepting nominations for the OneService Awards (Community). The deadline for nominations is 15 May 2026. All submissions must be made via FormSG at go.gov.sg/oneserviceawards2026community. Please read the eligibility criteria and Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting your nomination.
