The OneService App and the OneService Kaki Chatbot are the Municipal Services Office's digital channels which provide useful e-services to residents.
The OneService App was launched in 2015 to allow residents to easily submit feedback without needing to know which agency to submit to. In 2021, the OneService Kaki Chatbot was introduced on popular messaging platforms to allow residents to submit feedback from the messaging apps that they are familiar with.
Powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), the OneService Channels enable you to submit feedback on neighbourhood issues, by simply uploading a photo and providing a short description of the issue. Your feedback will be directed to the relevant Town Council or agency and you will be able to receive progress updates on the cases. Learn how to do so through the videos below:
